We at BookMyShow are looking for Automation superheros. As a SDET at BookMyShow you will be a part of our dedicated, flexible, detail-oriented and fast-paced team that never compromises on quality.

Your Role:

1.  Automate Mobile App/mWeb/Web in-sprint using Appium, Selenium, Java
2. Automate API in-sprint with Karate tool, backlog automation
3. CICD implementation with Bamboo
4. Writing Feature Files & Test Scenarios in BDD Gherkin format in Jira or other tools.
5. Own the functional coverage matrix of all Requirements within your assigned team.
6. Experience in performance testing using Jmeter.

Your Checklist:

1. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Spotify, SAFe), Defect life cycle.
2. Working knowledge of at least one programming language: Java/Javascript.
3. Experience in API Manual/Automation using: Karate/postman/soapui/ReadyAPI/Jmeter
4. Knowledge of REST/GRPC/GraphQL/SOAP
5. Build tools maven/gradle
6. CI/CD pipelines Bamboo, Jenkins etc
7. Experience with BDD tools.
8. Experience in Appium, Selenium
9. Ability to document and troubleshoot error
10. Knowledge on cloud testing
11. Experience in performance testing using Jmeter
12. Should be flexible to design manual test cases/Test Scenarios & automate them in-sprint.

Good to have

1. Good to have experience of having worked with frameworks like Android Studio, Xcode
2. Ability to build android and iOS Apps
3. Knowledge on SQL
4. Good to have a Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, HP ALM etc)
