Your Profile

  1. To drive entire cost of production for live events / concerts within budget
  2. Preparation of budget and MIS on monthly basis / project basis
  3. Drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of contracts (various: including formal, short form, and annual contracts)
  4. Serve as the point of contract for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
  5. Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.

Your Checklist

  1. Worked for minimum 15 - 20 years in the finance commercial team for live events / IP events.
  2. Written Comprehension — The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
