Your Profile

  1. Will be responsible for creating P&Ls and Strategy & Planning for new IPs in terms of timelines, partnerships & communication
  2. Creation of marketing & sales material for all BMS Live IPs.
  3. Communication amongst internal creative teams to formulate the event campaigns and timelines.
  4. Outreach and closure of strategic partnerships (commercial & barter) that drive the event.
  5. Research for new IPs and potential artists in India.
  6. Will conceptualize media plan rollout & timelines with internal marketing team
  7. Will be responsible for Sponsorship Support from pitch until on ground execution
  8. Will have to liaise with with marketing, PR, content, design, sponsorship, alliances, product, business development teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns & projects

Your Checklist

  1. Should have a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
  2. Should have experience in creating and manage event PnLs and ensure profit margins are met
  3. High level of writing skills, communication, marketing, sponsorship & sales experience, digital media tools knowledge
  4. Should be proficient in drafting proposals and creating presentations and have good working knowledge of Excel.
  5. 8 - 10 Years of experience in the Live Entertainment space
