Internship Duration: 6 months

Your Profile: 

1. Managing operational work related to festival listings and fixed venues
2. Coordinating with the business and support teams on operational tasks related to onboarding any event or venue
3. Writing up accurate and grammatically correct mail correspondence
4. Resolving any customer- or organizer-related issues
5. Preparing agreements and helping in initiating the payment process

Your Checklist:

1. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Good knowledge of drafting emails and can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
4. Time management and organizational skills.
5. Always polite and helpful with people and dealing calmly with difficult situations.
6. Able to work under minimum supervision.
7. Internship duration : 6 months
