Consultant - F&B Operations (Contract)

Your Profile
- Conducting site visits with the vendors and internal stakeholders to understand and advice on event layouts
- Curating the overall experience and identifying the correct vendors for the execution
- Coordinating with the operations team of the F&B partner agencies and sharing their production requirements with the event team.
- Sharing the event and venue guidelines along with the detailed SOW to all the F&B partner agencies.
- Negotiating and getting commercial contracts signed between Bookmyshow and the food & bar ops vendor
- Arrange accreds for all the vendors and the internal F&B team and coordinating the movement plan with the vendors
- Design and finalize all menu creatives, signages along with the brand partners and agencies
- Over see all the Menu creatives and brand logos/names are correctly printed and installed on site
- Ensure all the stalls are safety compliant Ensuring that the production team has aligned all housekeeping and waste management requirements on ground
- Compiling the sales report to understan pilferages/shortfall if any.
- Reco with respective vendors basis final consumption and submission of respective invoices to the finance team
- Ensuring that the internal finance team makes the payouts to respective vendors.
- The post PNL needs to be updated with the final numbers and submitted to the event team
Your Checklist
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience working in F&B/hospitality, concierges, project management etc.
- Exceptional coordination and vendor management skills
- Responsible for budget management, maximize revenue, must be enthusiastic, conscientious and a very strong communicator, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent planning, execution, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a timely manner.
