We are seeking an experienced Membership Sales and Services to lead and oversee all aspects of membership sales and member relations for our exclusive club. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring and retaining members, and providing excellent member service. This role requires a strong business development background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Your Role:

  1. Member Business Development:
    Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
    Build and maintain relationships with members to foster loyalty and encourage participation.
    Identify opportunities to increase revenue through membership sales (acquisition and renewals) and other initiatives.
  2. Membership Services:
    Respond to member inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).
    Maintain accurate member records, process applications, and manage renewals.
    Aid in facilitating member events, networking opportunities, etc.
    Create and distribute membership materials (newsletters, brochures, event collateral).
  3. Market Research:
    Conduct research to understand member needs and preferences.
    Identify potential new markets and develop strategies to target them.
  4. Collaboration:
    Work with other departments to improve the overall member experience and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Data Analysis:
    Analyze membership data to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and improve member engagement.
  6. Leadership:
    Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Membership Sales and Membership Benefits.
    Act as Brand Ambassador for the Club and articulate the benefits of membership.

  4. Strong network and connections in the industry.
