We are looking for an organized and motivated Junior Finance Executive to support our finance team. This role involves working with numbers, assisting in invoicing, and maintaining clear communication with members. The candidate will gain experience in P&L understanding and develop strong organizational and communication skills.

 

Your Profile:

  • Assist in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and related financial data.
  • Support invoicing processes ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Help maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with members regarding billing and finance-related queries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support day-to-day operations.
  • Generate accurate invoices, track payment statuses, and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Excel to manage order data, track key metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for team review. Work with the team to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining records, generating reports, and assisting with the overall organization and efficiency of the OMS-related processes.
  • Track and update ticket inventory for each event/show. Calculate and verify pricing for tickets based on show details, seating, and other factors.
  • Keep the order Management System Updated online with accurate entries for ticket sales and payments including details of tickets and additional services and fees recovered.

Your Checklist:

  • Basic understanding of finance and numbers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn about P&L and financial processes.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of invoicing is a plus but not mandatory.
