Your Profile

• Assist in the planning & coordination of Sunburn Campus/Reload shows to ensure timely execution.
• Support on-ground delivery of events, including logistics, backstage, and vendor management.
• Drive promotion & outreach across social media, campus networks, and external colleges to maximize engagement.
• Represent the Sunburn brand with sponsors, partners, guests, and participants at various events.
• Contribute creative ideas for stage setups, competitions, themes, and marketing strategies.
• Help track and report on campaign and event performance.

Your Checklist

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for EDM music, concerts, and youth culture.
• Awareness of the college festival and nightlife ecosystem (promoters, clubs/pubs, fests).
• Basic knowledge of Sunburn and live event formats.
