Ltd, a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019, is committed to crafting unique experiences that connect with a new generation of event attendees and fostering a community of like-minded individuals along the way.  Initially starting with college festivals and their campus ambassador network, TribeVibe now operates across multiple verticals like touring, artist programming, curating & producing branded IPs, and their IP- VIBIN’ Festival, creating memorable experiences for audiences and artists. So far, TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500+ college festivals, worked with 10k+ ambassadors, produced 250+ shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India, worked with 500+ emerging & established artists,  and last but not least, had a very successful first season of VIBIN’ Festival with 75k+ footfall across 5 cities. The position will help plan and manage live music events and entertainment projects. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing budgets, and making sure events run smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience in live event production and enjoys working with artists, vendors, and various teams to create great experiences.

 

Your Profile

  1. Assist in planning and organizing live shows across Music & Comedy genre.
  2. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Coordinate with artists, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to make sure everyone is aligned.
  4. Support contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
  5. Help oversee event production logistics, including technical setup and on-site management.
  6. Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders about project progress.
  7. Identify and solve problems quickly to avoid delays or issues during events.
  8. Maintain clear records of budgets, contracts, and project updates.
  9. Ensure all events comply with safety and legal requirements.

Your Checklist

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, entertainment, or related field.
  2. 8-10 years of experience working on live shows & entertainment
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Experience managing budgets and coordinating multiple teams.
  5. Comfortable working under pressure and handling last-minute changes.
  6. Basic knowledge of event production and technical requirements is perferable.
  7. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Excel, scheduling software).
