Your Profile
  • Member Engagement: Assist in hosting and interacting with RSC members, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
  • Experience Delivery: Support the team on-site at events to provide smooth, personalized, and premium client experiences.
  • Relationship Building: Help capture client preferences and feedback to tailor future interactions.
  • CX Support: Handle queries, resolve minor issues, and ensure every client touchpoint reflects RSC’s exclusivity.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and documentation, along with creating presentations or reports using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel.

 

Your Checklist
  • A go-getter attitude with strong networking and information-seeking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage high-profile member interactions.
  • Good organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Canva and/or PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Current student or recent graduate (Hospitality, Marketing, Event/Luxury Management, or related fields).
  • Prior exposure to client-facing or hospitality roles is a plus.
