Sunburn, is Asia’s Premiere Electronic Dance Music (EDM) Festival and is ranked amongst the world’s biggest music festivals. Started in 2007 as a 3-day music festival, Sunburn has grown to become an aspirational lifestyle brand boasting an eclectic mix of music, entertainment, experiences and celebration that has seeded music tourism in India. Over the past decade, Sunburn has brought together renowned International and Indian artists to entertain hundreds of thousands of dance music lovers across the country and overseas and positioned India as a prime dance festival destination to the world.
The Sunburn Festival, Sunburn Reload, Sunburn Arena and Sunburn Campus formats have enabled a wide geographical and demographic reach pan India and abroad. Your Profile
- Develop detailed marketing plans and multi-channel media strategies for promoting the company's events and IPs.
- Deploy successful 360 degree marketing campaigns from ideation to execution that fulfill the business objectives, maximizing revenue, profits and market share of the company.
- Design and deploy cost-effective ATL and BTL marketing initiatives, optimizing media mix, partnerships, and on-ground activations to maximize ROI and audience conversion.
- Diligently manage day-to-day operations for live entertainment with a process-oriented approach.
- Work closely with the analytics team to track campaign success across platforms and share learnings with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (social media, digital, CRM, design, product), to create and implement short and long-term integrated campaigns including digital & social strategies.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Your Checklist
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (or relevant internships).
- Strong knowledge of CRM execution and audience engagement strategies (ATL, BTL, TTL, etc.)
- Proficiency in social and digital media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook).
- Basic understanding of paid media, campaign tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with passion for live entertainment, music, and culture.
- Candidates with knowledge of EDM, Indie-pop, Global & Indian Artists preferred.
