Your Profile:

• Event Planning & Execution: Planning, coordination and operations run smoothly.
• On-Ground Management: Oversee all on-site activities during events, ensuring seamless execution, from vendor management to guest services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
• Client Relations & Customer Service: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions & services and ensuring their unique needs and expectations are met during events.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with partners, venues, suppliers and other third-party partners to ensure the highest quality of service and compliance with event standards.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate travel, accommodations, and on-the-ground logistics for international events, ensuring smooth transitions between venues, countries and time zones for all clients as the need may be.
• Crisis Management: Quickly address and resolve any last-minute issues or challenges, ensuring the event runs smoothly without disruption, and clients are always satisfied.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to event logistics, client preferences, vendor contracts, and financial reports.
  
  

Your Checklist

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong experience handling key clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of liaising with high-profile clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
