Your Profile:

  • Order Management: Oversee the full order lifecycle from order receipt, processing, and delivery
  • Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any order-related issues or inquiries.
  • Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices, track payment statuses, and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Back-office Support: Provide administrative support by maintaining records, generating reports, and assisting with the overall organization and efficiency of the OMS-related processes.
  • Customer Service: Address customer queries regarding orders, shipment status, product availability, and payment issues, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Utilize Excel to manage order data, track key metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for team review. Work with the team to improve operational efficiency.

Your Checklist

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with an Order Management System (OMS)
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create reports, analyze data, and automate tasks.
