Your Role

  1. Act as the main point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional service and nurturing strong relationships.
  2. Dive deep into understanding client needs and objectives, crafting tailored solutions that go above and beyond.
  3. Address and resolve client issues and concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Execution of live entertainment events, ensuring everything meets client specifications and our high-quality standards.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that services and products are delivered on time and accurately.
  6. Keep an eye on project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
  7. Partner closely with teams in Marketing, Production, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  8. Foster open communication and teamwork to align on goals and deliverables.
  9. Conduct regular project meetings to review status, tackle any issues, and ensure everything is on track with client expectations.
  10. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
  11. Analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
  12. Use market research to spot new opportunities for business growth and increased client engagement.
  13. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  14. Oversee payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.

Your Checklist

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 10 to 12 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the live entertainment industry.
  3. A proven history of managing high-profile clients and complex projects successfully.
  4. Strong understanding of live entertainment operations and industry trends.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
