Consultant - Client Servicing (Contract)

In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and that every aspect of their live entertainment experiences is executed seamlessly. Your Role
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional service and nurturing strong relationships.
- Dive deep into understanding client needs and objectives, crafting tailored solutions that go above and beyond.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Execution of live entertainment events, ensuring everything meets client specifications and our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that services and products are delivered on time and accurately.
- Keep an eye on project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Partner closely with teams in Marketing, Production, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Foster open communication and teamwork to align on goals and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review status, tackle any issues, and ensure everything is on track with client expectations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Use market research to spot new opportunities for business growth and increased client engagement.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Your Checklist
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 to 12 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the live entertainment industry.
- A proven history of managing high-profile clients and complex projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of live entertainment operations and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
