Senior Manager - Business (Live Events)

Our rocketship (BookMyShow) launched in 2007, owned and operated by Big Tree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (founded in 1999) and we are travelling at breakneck speed as we grow across India.

If you're a master strategist with a flair for creativity and a knack for numbers, we want you to join our team as a Senior Business Manager in Live Entertainment.
Your Profile
- Conduct the Symphony: Develop and execute business strategies that harmonize creativity with profitability, ensuring our live events are both critically acclaimed and commercially successful.
- Take the reins: Craft P&Ls, build business cases and offers covering ancillary revenue opportunities and own the Festivals & Touring business outcomes
- Create the Magic: Build offers for artists and events that captivate audiences and leave them wanting more. Your negotiation skills will be the key to securing the best talent and partnerships.
- Lead the Band: Nurture and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of live events. Your leadership will inspire collaboration and drive results and ensure every event is a success
Your Checklist
- Professional with 8+ years of experience specialized in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams. Preferrably from the Investment Banking background
- High quantitative and analytical abilities to manage P&Ls and optimize profit margins.
- A customer-obsessed mindset, ensuring every decision resonates with their needs for a magnificent experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure top talent and partnerships.
- Adept at handling ambiguity and uncertainty, using sound judgment and decision-making skills to drive outcomes in dynamic, pressure-filled situations.
- Genuine interest in music and live events, with keenness to learn more about the industry
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high integrity and humility in all interactions.
