1. Create Graphics for the website banners, in app ads, gift cards, venue maps along with adaptation of these creatives.
2. Oversee and guide a team of designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and development to ensure design solutions are integrated seamlessly.
4. Ensure that work is of the highest quality and meets both creative and functional objectives.Continuously assess and improve design standards,

Your Checklist

1. Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Commercial Art or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 5+ years of professional experience in a design role, with at least 1 year experience of overseeing/ mentoring Jr designers.
3. Proven expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), After Effects and animation tools is a plus. 
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
5. Excellent mentorship, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
6. Deep understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
7. Ability to balance creative vision with practical business requirements. A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
