Assistant Manager - Marketing (Tribevibe)

Ltd, a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019, is committed to crafting unique experiences that connect with a new generation of event attendees and fostering a community of like-minded individuals along the way. Initially starting with college festivals and their campus ambassador network.
TribeVibe now operates across multiple verticals like touring, artist programming, curating & producing branded IPs, and their IP- VIBIN’ Festival, creating memorable experiences for audiences and artists. So far, TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500+ college festivals, worked with 10k+ ambassadors, produced 250+ shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India, worked with 500+ emerging & established artists, and last but not least, had a very successful first season of VIBIN’ Festival with 75k+ footfall across 5 cities. With this, TribeVibe continues to innovate, inspire, and transform its experiences for audiences nationwide.
Your Profile
- Develop detailed marketing plans and multi-channel media strategies for promoting company's events and IPs
- Deploy successful 360 degree marketing campaigns from ideation to execution that fulfill the business objectives, maximizing revenue, profits and market share of the company.
- Create detailed marketing plans for each of the company's tours and IPs
- Diligently manage day to day operations for live entertainment with a process oriented approach.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Work closely with the analytics team to track campaign success across platforms and share learnings with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional project teams (Social media, Digital, CRM, Design, Product) to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated campaigns including digital & social strategies.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Your Checklist
- 6-7 years of relevant experience preferably in the media and entertainment sector.
- Be adaptable & able to respond to changing demands & events
- Extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising, and media planning principles with expert knowledge of offline and online media channels.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem and current marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
