Senior Manager - Sponsorship (Live Events)

Your Profile
- Responsible for achieving sponsorship revenue for BMS events from key accounts/brands
- Work with Business Development (Event) team to understand the IP, events and possible brand integrations and brand fitment
- Work with respective teams to define possible categories of brands, high level ideas and potential sponsorship revenue
- Research and understand the marketing/digital spend patterns of key accounts and their objectives. Design solution that can fulfill brands objectives through the portfolio of BMS events. This can involve working with tech/product and marketing teams
- Develop detailed proposal and pitch to relevant brands and close sponsorship deals
- After deal closure, ensure right handover to client servicing team for smooth execution of sponsorship deliverables
- Work on developing annuity sponsorship deals with key brands
- Develop on going relation with key clients for sponsor retention by connecting with C suite executives
- Understand potential sponsorship requirements from brands and work on developing the same internally for future brands
Your Checklist
- 10+ years in event sponsorship sales/digital sales
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem of marketing- digital platforms, brand’s digital
ecosystem - Outstanding relationship building skills
- Ability to connect and engage with senior professionals in client org
- Understanding of the client’s approach towards sponsorship and ROI calculation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated to exceed targets
