Your Profile

  1. Lead the management of key programs across multiple functions and product lines
  2. Define timelines and project plans with financial, resource and material requirements
  3. Oversee delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure timelines are met
  4. Own and maintain consistent use of project management tools across teams
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scope, timeline and resource alignment across teams
  6. Document the progress of tasks to identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple projects
  7. Proactively identify blockers and remove them to guarantee effective execution
  8. Expertise in effective stakeholder management

Your Checklist

  1. 6 - 7 years of Project Management experience in the IT industry
  2. Experience with SCRUM and agile development processes in a startup environment
  3. Superior attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  4. Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
  5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  6. User-driven approach to building delightful products users love
  7. Intellectually curious, self-motivated, a fast learner with a strong bias for action
  8. Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch; must have a positive attitude and ability to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
  9. Should have experience using the JIRA tool either as Scrum Master or Team member
  10. Should have hands-on experience in Budget, Cost, Issue and Risk Management
  11. Should be able to generate define, capture, interpret and refine Metrics based on organisation needs
  12. Scrum Master certification preferred
  13. Should have conflict management experience to drive decision-making across the board
