Your Profile

  1. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues reported by end-users. 
  2. Identify the underlying causes of application errors and implement solution.
  3. Monitor application performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to improve reliability and speed.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams, including internal and clients, to address technical challenges and improve application performance.
  5.  Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  6. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and configuration changes to applications.
  7. Process documents, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
  8. Perform the deployment and configuration of applications.

Your Checklist

  1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  2. Good knowledge of SQL Server (Installation, Backup, SQL Queries, etc) is must
  3. Knowledge of IIS, configuring Web Service in IIS.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively and meet SLAs.
  5. Relevant experience in application support software tools or a similar role will be an added advantage
  6. Fluency in regional langauage
