Executive - Support Engineer (Vista)

Your Profile
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via support portal, e-mail, phone and other electronic mediums.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing software faults.
- Provide software support, including procedural, documentation.
- Responsible for installing and configuring computer systems.
- Respond within agreed time limits to client call-outs.
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Able to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines.
Your Checklist
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
- Must be able to multitask, should be able to work with departments & teams.
- Fluent in regional language.
- Deep methodical troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills are required.
- Must have Database experience – SQL.
- Must have Operating system experience (Windows Server).
