Your Profile

  1. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via support portal, e-mail, phone and other electronic mediums.
  2. Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing software faults.
  3. Provide software support, including procedural, documentation.
  4. Responsible for installing and configuring computer systems.
  5. Respond within agreed time limits to client call-outs.
  6. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  7. Testing and evaluating new technology
  8. Able to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines.  

Your Checklist

  1. Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
  2. Must be able to multitask, should be able to work with departments & teams.
  3. Fluent in regional language.
  4. Deep methodical troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills are required.
  5. Must have Database experience – SQL.
  6. Must have Operating system experience (Windows Server).
