Executive/Senior Executive - Graphic Design

Your Profile
- Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual narratives tailored for the target audience.
- Create original conceptual artwork, design mockups, and final visual assets across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Design marketing collateral including banners, posters, emailers, and social media creatives.
- Support brand development through consistent, impactful visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive creative output.
- Present concepts using mockups or decks as needed.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and platform-specific formats.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate effectively.
Your Checklist
- Strong command of visual layout, typography, color theory, and whitespace for both print and web.
- Solid understanding of branding, identity systems, and digital/print design fundamentals.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (basic UI skills a plus).
- Additional skills in video editing software like Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro are a bonus.
- Team player with openness to feedback and collaborative working style.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Degree in Graphic Design (BFA or similar) preferred, backed by a standout portfolio.
- Creative mindset with an advertising background is a plus.
