Entertainment Concierge (Peppo)

Peppo is a marketing tech firm which runs a dining deals platform for BookMyShow, loyalty programs for leading brands and f&b ordering infrastructure for multiple apps. Its investors include Nandan Nilekani and BookMyShow.
BookMyShow is a pioneer in end-to-end management of live entertainment events including music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports and more, all accomplished at par with global standards. Some of the key properties and artists that BookMyShow has brought to its markets over the past few years include U2’s The Joshua Tree Tour, NBA’s debut games in India, Disney’s Aladdin, Cirque du Soleil’s BAZZAR, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Lollapalooza, Backstreet Boys to name a few.
BookMyShow is establishing an entertainment concierge for its premium customers.
Your Profile
- Articulate benefits of the concierge with the intention of increasing the member base, appending their profiles, and delivering all their OOH leisure requirements.
- Customize, personalize, and manage event experiences for the most premium clientele for all events.
- Create memorable experiences and enhance customer satisfaction as well as consumer loyalty.
- Maintain close working relationships with internal and external teams, e.g. - sales, live entertainment, events & operations, design consultants, travel agents, hospitality managers - focusing on overall success.
- Ensure that clients receive requested services in a timely manner and all concerns are being addressed immediately.
- Show creativity regarding presentation and attention-to-detail to enhance the overall event experience.
- Build a rapport with clients to better understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained.
Your Checklist
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in the concierge/hospitality– hotels, restaurants, bank/credit card concierges, private member clubs etc.
- Comfortable working with VIPs/UHNIs/HNIs and key clientele.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and high fidelity to details.
- Working knowledge of all communication and productivity tools to handle member requests and to maintain their profiles.
- Ability to handle high-pressured situations in a professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a timely manner.
