Your Checklist

  1. Minimum of 1- 2 years experience as a social media representative, or a similar role.
  2. An year of customer service experience would be beneficial.
  3. Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
  4. Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+.
  5. Working knowledge of social media tools.
  6. Good communication and writing skills.
  7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in English 
  8. Good customer service skills 
  9. Ready to work in rotational shifts.
