Senior Executive - Artist Management (Tribevibe)

Ltd, a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019, is committed to crafting unique experiences that connect with a new generation of event attendees and fostering a community of like-minded individuals along the way. Initially starting with college festivals and their campus ambassador network, TribeVibe now operates across multiple verticals like touring, artist programming, curating & producing branded IPs, and their IP- VIBIN’ Festival, creating memorable experiences for audiences and artists. So far, TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500+ college festivals, worked with 10k+ ambassadors, produced 250+ shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India, worked with 500+ emerging & established artists, and last but not least, had a very successful first season of VIBIN’ Festival with 75k+ footfall across 5 cities. With this, TribeVibe continues to innovate, inspire, and transform its experiences for audiences nationwide.
Your Profile
- Oversee the programming process, coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances and other artistic activities.
- Stay updated with current trends, emerging artists, and programming opportunities in the industry.
- Continuously seek out new talent that align with our company's vision.
- Act as the main point of contact for artists, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate logistics, contracts, and any special requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure all necessary equipment, stage setups, lighting, sound, and visual effects are properly integrated into the overall artistic concept.
- Provide on-site management during events, overseeing the smooth execution of artist and programming elements.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise and make real-time adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all artist and programming activities.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for future events.
- Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to artistic and programming aspects of events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Your Checklist
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on artist management and programming.
- Strong artist background, with a deep understanding of various art forms, performances, and cultural trends.
- Basic technical knowledge of event production, including lighting, sound, staging, and multimedia equipment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with artists, performers, technicians, and team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Budget management experience, with a keen eye for cost optimization without compromising quality.
