So far, TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500+ college festivals, worked with 10k+ ambassadors, produced 250+ shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India, worked with 500+ emerging & established artists,  and last but not least, had a very successful first season of VIBIN’ Festival with 75k+ footfall across 5 cities. Your Profile

  1. Oversee the programming process, coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances and other artistic activities.
  2. Stay updated with current trends, emerging artists, and programming opportunities in the industry.
  3. Continuously seek out new talent that align with our company's vision.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for artists, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  5. Coordinate logistics, contracts, and any special requirements.
  6. Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure all necessary equipment, stage setups, lighting, sound, and visual effects are properly integrated into the overall artistic concept.
  7. Provide on-site management during events, overseeing the smooth execution of artist and programming elements.
  8. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise and make real-time adjustments as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all artist and programming activities.
  10. Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for future events.
  11. Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to artistic and programming aspects of events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Your Checklist

  1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on artist management and programming.
  2. Strong artist background, with a deep understanding of various art forms, performances, and cultural trends.
  3. Basic technical knowledge of event production, including lighting, sound, staging, and multimedia equipment.
  4. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with artists, performers, technicians, and team members at all levels.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  7. Budget management experience, with a keen eye for cost optimization without compromising quality.
