- Understand BookMyShow's Rewards thoroughly to effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential clients, aligning with their business goals.
- Identify potential brands and develop strategic partnerships with them.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, regularly reviewing and converting qualified leads into successful reward campaigns.
- Cultivate professional relationships with clients, ensuring continuous sales growth and penetration into each account by engaging with various stakeholders.
- Meet sales targets by following the sales process diligently, taking ownership of accounts, and achieving allotted sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly, coordinating campaign setup, documentation, and support to ensure a seamless sales cycle.
- Monitor market competition and gather market insights to identify business opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients/brands.
Your Checklist
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hardcore B2B sales experience.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential partner brands.
- Ability to handle long sales cycles with enthusiasm and determination.
- Basic understanding of the online/e-commerce and Brands.
