Paid Digital Marketing

Your Role
- Will be responsible for digital marketing budgets, campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines
- Creating/Maintaining existing process and ensure smooth transitions
- Enhance the performance by achieving CPC, CTR targets, through strategic re-marketing campaigns.
- Achieving CPO/CPT targets for the business
- Closely working with Marketing & Creative team to improve the performance on Media initiatives
- Liaise with business intelligence and data sciences team to improve the affectivity of Paid Media Campaigns.
- Weekly and monthly report tracking/monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers & business counterparts to get the CPO/CPT targets achieved month on month.
- Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to) Creating solid data-driven on-going month-on-month media plans to achieve monthly business targets.
- Taking ownership on existing/new projects and start from zero to one (e.g., conversion improvements, new user acquisition etc.); from research and validation to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up
- Developing creative approaches for the media campaigns by co-ordinating with Creative and Brand teams.
- Use data to understand various components and drivers of business growth, both organic and inorganic, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure that the reporting cadence with various platforms for media campaigns is followed - Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Engineering, finance, product, business teams, etc. -Collaborate with external stakeholders: Platforms, Vendors, etc.
- Work with the design & creative team to ensure that the campaigns are executed timely and achieve the brand KPIs
Your Checklist
- Graduate (Minimum), Post Graduate MBA (Preferred)
- Work Experience: Years of relevant experience as a Digital Marketing professional working on planning, and executing digital media plans.
- End-to-end agency or Brand experience in executing higher-budget Digital media campaigns
- Experienced in managing complex SEM campaigns with different objectives or bid strategies
- Proven achievements in delivering campaign goals. Should have the capability to create data cohorts and use insight mining to execute performance-led campaigns and bring effectively results
- Capability to manage multiple ad accounts for paid advertising and execute multiple campaigns across platforms.
- Ability to conduct in-depth research. Proven analytical abilities, comfortable with analyzing data from different data sources like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Events Manager etc.
- Creating media plans for clients. Monitoring and optimizing ongoing campaigns
- Execution experience of web and app remarketing campaigns
- Cross-team collaboration, internal & external communication
- Create & managing campaign reports with attribution tracking & campaign deliveries
- Should know: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic, Twitter Ads Manager
- Data analytics - Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase etc.
