Your Profile

  1.  Identify, pursue, and nurture strategic partnerships and opportunities that drive growth and revenue for the company.
  2. Work closely with cinema owners to expand the company's presence in the entertainment and ticketing industry.
  3. Ability to directly lead and acquire new business independently by demonstrating and presenting business plans to clients.
  4. Hands-on in Planning, Projections, Acquisition, and Retention of business. Understand and proactively monitor the competitive environment.
  5. Plan and strategize to achieve the numbers/ revenue targets month-wise and quarter-wise.
  6. Responsible for key client management. Client relationship management and follow up of client queries. Handling end to end client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
  7. Coordinate with inter departments for all activities specific to the cinema business
  8. Review performance, prepare  MIS reports and dashboards.
  9. Collate a month-on-month tracking of the metrics and highlighting the same.
  10. Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ requirements.

Your Checklist

  1. Fluent in regional language & have excellent communication skills.
  2. Possess excellent business development skills for acquiring cinema screens.
  3. Analytical skills, Proactive, Problem-solving, Decision Making & Negotiation Skills
  4. Deep knowledge and working of MS office. Excellent MS-Excel skills & Dashboard preparation skills.
  5. Cinema background is an added advantage.
