Assistant Manager - Business Development (Cinemas)

Your Profile
- Identify, pursue, and nurture strategic partnerships and opportunities that drive growth and revenue for the company.
- Work closely with cinema owners to expand the company's presence in the entertainment and ticketing industry.
- Ability to directly lead and acquire new business independently by demonstrating and presenting business plans to clients.
- Hands-on in Planning, Projections, Acquisition, and Retention of business. Understand and proactively monitor the competitive environment.
- Plan and strategize to achieve the numbers/ revenue targets month-wise and quarter-wise.
- Responsible for key client management. Client relationship management and follow up of client queries. Handling end to end client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
- Coordinate with inter departments for all activities specific to the cinema business
- Review performance, prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collate a month-on-month tracking of the metrics and highlighting the same.
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ requirements.
Your Checklist
- Fluent in regional language & have excellent communication skills.
- Possess excellent business development skills for acquiring cinema screens.
- Analytical skills, Proactive, Problem-solving, Decision Making & Negotiation Skills
- Deep knowledge and working of MS office. Excellent MS-Excel skills & Dashboard preparation skills.
- Cinema background is an added advantage.
