Your Profile

1. Event & Tour Planning: Strategize and execute artist club shows and performances across cities for Sunburn Agency's homegrown talents.
2. Talent Scouting & Industry Networking: Identify emerging talent and build strong relationships with industry stakeholders including promoters, venues, and brands.
3. Gig Bookings: Secure live performance opportunities for our Sunburn Artist Agency’s roster of artists at festivals, clubs, concerts, and branded events.
4. Artist Representation: Acting as the primary point of contact between the artist and external stakeholders—event organizers, brands, venues, labels, media, etc.
5. Administrative & Financial Operations: Manage invoicing, taxation, payment processing, and ensure contract compliance on behalf of the artists.

Your Checklist

1. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on Artist Management and Programming.

2. Understanding of & Experience in Event & Tour planning, Talent Scouting.

3. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.

4. Basic technical knowledge of event production, including lighting, sound, staging, and multimedia equipment.

5. The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
