Your Profile

  • Plan and execute CLM campaigns across the customer lifecycle — onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win-back — to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, In-App, App Inbox, and SMS on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
  • Build data cohorts, audience segments, and behavioral triggers; mine transactional data to generate campaign insights and optimise targeting. 
  • Use AI and LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate campaign planning, copy generation, insight summarisation, and report creation.
  • Create campaign performance reports and dashboards with full attribution tracking; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with BI, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to hit retention KPIs month-on-month. 
  • Liaise with CLM platform partners and martech vendors to ensure campaign SLAs, deliverability, and integrations are maintained.
  • Work with Design and Creative teams to deliver campaign assets on time and on brand. 

Your Checklist

  •  4-5 years of hands-on CLM or retention marketing experience at a consumer brand or CRM agency.
  • Proficiency in at least one mobile engagement platform (CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage,) and one ESP (Kenscio, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Netcore etc).
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns across Push, Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and SMS with working knowledge of UTM tagging and attribution tracking.
  • Ability to build data cohorts and segments Proficient with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for campaign briefs, copy variants, insight summaries, dashboards, and reports.
  • Strong written communication; able to independently produce performance reports, and stakeholder updates.
  •  AI-first mindset — actively adopts new tools, tests them on real work, and continuously improves workflows.
