TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a student’s life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently the college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved on making any event a successful right from the planning stages, to the execution and the post event activities.

TribeVibe with the combined experience of over 500+ events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings, data management, ticketing, brand tie ups, production to the overall management & execution of events, intend to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.

Your Profile

1. Taking care of the on-ground execution of the events
2. Work closely with the business team to understand and convert event objectives
3. Candidate will be coordinating with Artist, Production vendors, Logistic team and college teams
4. Traveling to onsite inspections and project managing events
5. Vendor identification and selection
6. Cost and budget management with different teams - licensing, talent management, F&B, operations, sales, volunteer, security, production, ticketing, show running etc.

Your Checklist:

1. Have 1 year of experience in planning,managing events
2. Excellent planning, execution, organizational and time management skills
3. Negotiation Skills
4. Good Communication skills (English and Hindi)
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
6. MS Office
