Your Profile 
  • Monitor alerts, APM tools, server health, DB backup jobs, web application status, and CPU/Memory usage of microservices.
  • Analyze logs from various tools to identify, resolve, or escalate issues.
  • Handle incoming issues/tickets via Email, Service Desk, and JIRA.
  • Take ownership of unresolved issues, escalations, and perform RCA.
  • Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures to prevent SLA breaches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, business teams, customer care, and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Identify recurring issue patterns and suggest process improvements.
  • Set up alerts and create Run Books for operational processes.
