Your Profile

• Identify and onboard new event organizers and activity partners across the region.
• Manage and support regional event organizers for regular events, shows etc.
• Help event partners list their events smoothly using our DIY onboarding process
• Handle client queries and complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Take ownership of the accounts assigned.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure event listings, promotions, and marketing are aligned
• Be a key point of contact to ensure a great experience for both partners and users

Your Checklist

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and get things done efficiently
• Have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Skilled in drafting emails and handling simple calculations (discounts, percentages, pricing)
• Possess time management and organizational skills
• Can stay calm in challenging situations
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
