Assistant Manager - Digital Ad Sales

Your Profile
- Drive revenue growth through selling display and video advertising inventory on the BookMyShow App.
 - Manage an individual portfolio of farming and hunting clients, nurturing existing relationships while actively identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
 - Identify opportunities for custom integrations and platform led brand experiences.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
 - Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and direct clients to maximize share of wallet.
 - Stay updated with digital media trends, audience insights and competitive landscapes to craft differentiated sales narratives.
 - Present media solutions and campaign ideas through impactful sales pitches and proposals, for key categories and clients.
 - Monitor campaign performance, share insights and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
 - Function as an individual contributor, taking complete ownership of targets, relationships and account growth.
 
Your Checklist
- 5-7 years of working experience in the Ad sales environment.
 - Location: 1 in Mumbai & 1 in Noida
 - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
 - Strong network with media agencies and brand teams across categories.
 - Strong client servicing, negotiation and presentation skills.
 - Ability to translate client needs into innovative digital media solutions.
 - Strong analytical thinking with attention to campaign performance metrics.
 - A disciplined and honest work ethic, with a passion for building long-term relationships.
 - A team player with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
