Your Profile

 

  1. Drive Sponsorship Growth: Own the revenue targets and be the engine for sponsorship sales across all TribeVibe events: College Festivals, Artist Tours, and our own IPs. Your success directly impacts the company's growth.
  2. Be the Market Expert: Don't just sell! Know the market. Gather smart insights on who's spending, what brands want to activate, and when they plan their budgets.
  3. Build Lasting Partnerships: Move beyond transactions. Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with key decision-makers and contacts at top brands and agencies.
  4. Tailor the Perfect Fit: Work with our solutions team to dream up custom sponsorship ideas that perfectly meet a brand's specific marketing goals.
  5. Find Our Next Big Ally: Identify and map out strategic partners for our IPs, compiling a focused list of the best potential long-term collaborations.
  6. Master the Inside Track: Understand the full client and agency buying process—who decides what and when—so you can always approach them with a solution, not just a pitch.
  7. Speak Their Language: Deeply appreciate how brands think about marketing, what they need to achieve, and how they measure the value of a deal. Use this insight to build irresistible offers.

 

Your Checklist

 

  1. Proven Deal Closer: Strong, verifiable track record in sponsorship, media, or event sales. Must show tangible examples of pitches and successfully closed deals.
  2. Deep Network Access: Possesses an active network with key marketing decision-makers at brands and top-tier agencies.
  3. Cross-Functional Connector: Ability to seamlessly collaborate with internal teams (Brand Solutions, Operations) and external partners to maximize deliverables and ensure pitch success.
  4. Entrepreneurial Drive: Independent, highly energetic self-starter with a true startup mindset. Must be ready to operate autonomously and own the outcome.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  1. 6-7 years experience would be preferred but will not be a disqualifier should the candidate have a proven track in sales as stated above.
  2. A commercially astute and customer-focused individual, with a solid sales track record and a proven ability to foster strong business relationships.
  3. A confident individual who is able to present to business leaders
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft power point
