Senior Executive - Ad Operations

Your Profile
- Campaign Management – Execute, manage, and optimise end-to-end digital campaigns across display, video, and mobile; manage budgets, pacing, and inventory for smooth delivery.
- Client & Team Coordination – Collaborate with clients/agencies, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and clear, timely communication.
- Ad Trafficking & Delivery – Traffic creatives (banners, videos, native), ensure accurate delivery and tracking, and conduct quality checks to maintain brand and industry standards.
- Tracking & Performance – Implement and validate tracking tags, pixels, and third-party tools; monitor key metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI), optimise performance, and resolve ad-serving or tracking issues.
- Reporting & Compliance – Create performance reports with insights and recommendations; ensure compliance with advertising policies, privacy norms, and regulations; manage invoicing with the Finance team.
Your Checklist
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Google Ad Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, and industry best practices.
- Proficient with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick) and ad-trafficking tools.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Good understanding of ad-tech concepts including programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, and audience targeting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
