You will play a critical role in delivering elevated, high-touch service to our premium members, ensuring every interaction reflects the finesse, discretion, and excellence that RSC stands for.
Your Profile
- Be the primary point of contact for our premium members, delivering personalized, concierge-style service from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Manage end-to-end ticket bookings, delegate handling, event logistics, invoicing, and CRM updates with exceptional accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams, venues, ticketing partners, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Curate personalized event recommendations based on member preferences and proactively enhance their experience.
- Create and manage member communications including newsletters, WhatsApp broadcasts, emails, and basic social media content.
- Resolve member queries with professionalism while maintaining Red Stub Club's premium service standards.
- Support event-day operations and ensure every experience is delivered flawlessly.
Your Checklist
- Has 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, concierge, luxury services, customer experience, travel, or client servicing.
- Is an excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence and a naturally service-first mindset.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and performs well under pressure.
- Is comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, AI tools, WhatsApp Business, and professional email communication.
- Has an interest in entertainment, live events, and creating memorable experiences.
- Is flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
