Ltd, a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019, is committed to crafting unique experiences that connect with a new generation of event attendees and fostering a community of like-minded individuals along the way.  Initially starting with college festivals and their campus ambassador network, TribeVibe now operates across multiple verticals like touring, artist programming, curating & producing branded IPs, and their IP- VIBIN’ Festival, creating memorable experiences for audiences and artists.

 

So far, TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500+ college festivals, worked with 10k+ ambassadors, produced 250+ shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India, worked with 500+ emerging & established artists,  and last but not least, had a very successful first season of VIBIN’ Festival with 75k+ footfall across 5 cities. With this, TribeVibe continues to innovate, inspire, and transform its experiences for audiences nationwide.

Role Overview

This role will own end-to-end operations and execution for all events, ensuring seamless delivery, strong cost control, and consistent client satisfaction. This is a senior  role focused on operational excellence, large-scale execution, and cross-functional alignment, including close coordination with the parent company - BookMyShow, and internal departments.

Your Profile

  • Lead end-to-end operations across multiple and large-format events, from planning to on-ground execution and closure Oversee project planning, timelines, manpower, resource allocation, risk management, and execution strategy
  • Take charge on-ground during live events, managing production, technical teams, vendors, logistics, and stakeholders
  • Own project-wise and overall P&L, including budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiations, and profitability
  • Maintain and leverage strong vendor and production partner relationships across cities and event formats
  •  Apply sound technical knowledge (sound, lighting, video, staging, power, rigging) to evaluate plans and resolve live execution issues
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, business, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client and brand objectives Support client retention through consistently high-quality delivery
  •  Lead, mentor, and build high-performing operations and project teams Working closely if needed with BookMyShow’s operations and project teams

Your Checklist

  • 16–20+ years of experience in events / live entertainment / experiential / production
  •  Experience managing large-scale, high-pressure events
  • Strong expertise in operations, on-ground execution, and P&L ownership
  • Deep vendor ecosystem knowledge with strong negotiation capabilities
  • Technically sound and confident taking real-time decisions during live events
  • Proven ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including parent organizations 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high integrity and humility in all interactions
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and execution discipline
