Your Profile

As an Assistant Manager – Sponsorship, you’ll be at the forefront of driving brand partnerships across TribeVibe’s portfolio of live events, IPs, and youth campaigns. This is a core revenue-generating role where you’ll identify opportunities, craft compelling pitches, and convert them into long-term brand associations.

You will:

  • Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales across TribeVibe properties
  • Identify and reach out to potential brand partners and agencies
  • Create customised brand integration ideas aligned with client objectives
  • Build and deliver impactful pitch decks and presentations
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Manage client relationships post-closure, ensuring seamless execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, on-ground ops) to deliver commitments
  • Track and manage your sales pipeline, forecasting, and targets
  • Ensure profitability and adherence to brand guidelines & deliverables

Your Checklist

  • 5–7 years of experience in  sponsorships / brand partnerships / media sales
  • Strong track record of revenue achievement and deal closures
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills 
  • Ability to think strategically about brand integrations (not just logo placement, but real ideas)
  • Strong negotiation and commercial understanding
  • Proven relationships with key stakeholders across brands and agencies 
  • Good understanding of brands, categories, and youth trends
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and timelines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented when it comes to contracts, deliverables, and execution
  • Strong client servicing and relationship management is a big plus
