Your Profile
As the Assistant Manager – Social Media, you’ll be at the heart of TribeVibe’s digital pulse — shaping the stories, trends, and conversations that define youth culture. From strategy and content creation to real-time engagement and analytics, you’ll bring TribeVibe’s energy to life across platforms. You’ll work hand-in-hand with design, video, and event teams to craft scroll-stopping, trend-driven campaigns that make our community feel every beat.
- Build and own full-funnel social media campaigns — from pre-launch buzz to influencer collaborations and post-event momentum
- Create and curate high-impact content calendars that blend trends, creativity, and brand storytelling
- Conceptualize and lead video-first content — reels, short-form series, vox pops, and event recaps that spark conversations
- Drive live social coverage for on-ground events, capturing moments as they happen and turning them into digital experiences
- Manage daily engagement and ORM, keeping the TribeVibe community vibrant, responsive, and always connected
- Lead influencer and seeding initiatives — from briefing and shortlisting to creative supervision and timely reporting
- Analyze, track, and optimize — turning insights into action to keep growth, reach, and engagement on the rise
- Collaborate seamlessly across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, creative, and impactful execution
Your Checklist
- 5+ years of experience driving impact across social media, digital content, or brand communication roles
- Deep understanding of platform dynamics, audience behavior, and evolving cultural trends
- A strong storyteller and sharp copywriter with an instinct for visuals that grab attention
- Proven expertise in influencer marketing, collaborations, and community engagement
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or similar analytics and publishing tools
- Confident with Canva or Adobe, and comfortable managing on-ground event coverage
- Analytical and insight-driven, with the ability to translate data into creative action
- Organized, agile, and detail-focused, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- A genuine passion for music, live experiences, and pop culture — and an eye for what’s next
