In this key role, you’ll be managing a team of client servicing specialists and ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and that every aspect of their live entertainment experiences is executed seamlessly. Your Profile

  1. Act as the main point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional service and nurturing strong relationships. 

  2. Dive deep into understanding client needs and objectives, crafting tailored solutions that go above and beyond.

  3. Define and implement processes from onboarding to program summary and metrics, to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction

  4. Serve as the highest point of escalation for client challenges, proactively identifying solutions and ensuring timely resolution

  5. Execution of live entertainment events, ensuring everything meets client specifications and our high-quality standards.

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that services and products are delivered on time and accurately.

  7. Foster open communication and teamwork to align on goals and deliverables.

  8. Lead client meetings for reviews, progress and post event summary and data to demonstrate ROI and objective achievement

  9. Use market research to spot new opportunities for business growth and increased client engagement.

  10. Drive revenue through renewals and upsell

 

Your Checklist

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

  2. At least 14 to 18 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the live entertainment industry with 5+ years as team leader/manager

  3. Understanding of marketing and advertising budgets and subsequent KPI’s

  4. A proven history of managing high-profile clients and complex projects successfully.

  5. Strong understanding of live entertainment operations and industry trends.

  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.

  7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
