Your Profile
- Prepare MIS reports and perform MIS vs. financials reconciliation
- Process foreign remittances to vendors and maintain complete documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition
- Handle daily accounting entries, including receipts, invoices, and debit notes
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures with accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with business teams for customer ageing analysis and flag critical receivables
- Lead and execute internal and management audits to ensure compliance and process effectiveness
- Support external audit readiness and coordination
- Identify opportunities to strengthen financial and operational controls
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and governance
Your Checklist
- 6+ years of accounting experience; CA Inter preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and handling internal auditors is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability
- Good knowledge of financial management and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Positive, pragmatic, and mature approach to problem-solving
- Flexible mindset with ability to work under pressure
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism
