About the Role

BookMyShow's sales team drives revenue beyond core ticketing through payment partnerships,
digital advertising, co-brand credit cards, post-transaction engagement, and strategic brand
integrations. As part of this team, you will be an individual contributor and drive the BFSI alliances
charter end-to-end. You will be the go-to person for all things BFSI at BMS, a deal-maker who
can hold a boardroom conversation with a bank's head of partnerships and a rollout conversation
with an internal product manager on the same day.

Your Profile

  1. Manage BFSI partnerships portfolio banks, NBFCs, payment networks (Visa, Mastercard,
RuPay), fintechs, rewards platforms and anything BFSI that synergizes with BMS’ platform.
  2. Identify and close new alliances that unlock revenue, increase payment conversion, or create
differentiated user experiences on the BMS platform.
  3. Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships that may involve long sales cycles,
complex commercials, and deep product & tech integrations, and have the patience and
    persistence to see them through.
  4. Develop partnerships that go beyond standard offer integrations, think co-created products,
exclusive user programmes, and monetisable loyalty constructs.
  5.  Manage ongoing co-brand card partnerships, including performance, benefit optimisation,
    and cardholder engagement initiatives.
  6. Be the subject matter expert on credit cards as a product, understanding card economics for
    running lead gen campaigns.
  7.  End-to-end ownership of all payment-linked offers on BMS including card discount offers,
cashback offers and redemptions across all payment instruments and issuer categories.
  8. Negotiate, structure, and activate new offer campaigns with banking and fintech partners;
ensure commercials are aligned with BMS's monetization objectives.
  9. Track offer performance rigorously, monitor redemptions, offer funding, revenue impact, and
    partner ROI.
  10. Handle reconciliation with payment partners and coordinate with internal finance, product, and
tech teams to ensure clean end-to-end offer execution.

Your Checklist

  1. 6–8 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development, preferably
with online merchants, fintech companies, banks, or payment networks.
  2. Demonstrated track record of independently closing partnerships and managing accounts with
    P&L accountability.
  3. Prior exposure to co-brand credit cards, loyalty programmes, or payment product structuring is
    a strong advantage.
  4. Experience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal environments.
  5. Strong commercial acumen able to build business cases, structure deal economics, and
    evaluate partnership ROI independently.
  6. Advanced Excel skills: comfortable with large datasets, VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, pivot
tables, scenario modelling, and reconciliation workflows.
  7. High ownership mindset, you are equally comfortable signing a new partner and fixing an
offer configuration issue beyond regular hours, to ensure the campaign goes live.
