So far, TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500+ college festivals, worked with 10k+ ambassadors, produced 250+ shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India, worked with 500+ emerging & established artists,  and last but not least, had a very successful first season of VIBIN’ Festival with 75k+ footfall across 5 cities. With this, TribeVibe continues to innovate, inspire, and transform its experiences for audiences nationwide.

Your Profile

  • On-ground Event & Activation Management : Ability to execute brand activations end-to-end across campus venues, managing logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination in live environments.
  • Client Servicing & Communication : Comfortable managing day-to-day client interactions, providing timely updates, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination : Experience working with multiple external partners simultaneously — F&B, logistics, creative vendors — and keeping everyone aligned on-ground.
  • Planning & Organisation : Strong ability to manage pre-event planning, recces, run-of-show documents, and post-event reporting across multiple concurrent activations.
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving : Ability to think on their feet and resolve on-ground issues quickly, with minimal escalation in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Your Checklist

  • 6–7 years of experience in Client Servicing, Executing campaigns and activations. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
